Has my order shipped?
Click the Track Order link and fill in your order number and click the Track button. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
How do i cancel or make changes to my order?
Please contact customer service as quickly as possible to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it is in process.
I placed my order yesterday and have yet to get a tracking number?
If your order is Print On Demand product, do note that it will take an additional 5 working days for us to process your order. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.
The tracking number does not work for me.
KONGWEAR.COM ships via DHL eCommerce and typically it takes them a couple of days to update the tracking. Once the order reaches your country, it will be dependent on your country's postal administration to deliver your order to you.
My order never arrived.
Click the Track Order link and fill in your order number and click the Track button. If your order displays your package tracking number(s), check with your local postal administration to confirm that your package(s) were delivered. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you are not in possession of it, please contact customer service for further assistance. Do note that KONGWEAR.COM is not liable should you not receive your order due to errors on your part, eg: mistakes in address.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please check all packing materials to make sure the item was not overlooked. If you are unable to locate the missing item, click the Track Order link and fill in your order number and email address and click the Track button. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Once you have verified the item you did not receive has been marked shipped and delivered, please contact customer service for further assistance.
